Set in Misty Falls, OR. 

So I chose the books because of the title and then laughed so hard at some of the things that happened in the books. One book there are some fantastic quotes that I saved to www.goodreads.com and you can find there. 

Stormy has moved back home to take care of her father, a retired police officer with a distinct Irish brogue. She buys a tourist business that sells knick-knacks and some property where she rents the property to others who need places to live. When a man is murdered and she finds him, she begins to work to find out who murdered him and uses her very good attention to detail to help her find out the truth. She also calls one officer Dimples and the other Tony Baloney. Then there is a female officer whose name is Wiggles.

In the first book, we meet Grace, her assistant (a very prickly woman), and the owner of the Manor House and his step-daughter. Bennett and Grace may have a very familial relationship. It seems that Bennett's father was in a relationship with Grace's Grandmother, making her mother and Bennett siblings.
